Payment Policy

Effective Date: 1^st July 2025

This Payments Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms of payments for products purchased from www.popminishop.com (“Website”), owned and operated by Tikii Marketing Services LLP, operating as Pop Mini Shop (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By placing an order on the Website, you (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

- Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)
- UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
- Mobile Wallets
- Net Banking
- Cash on Delivery (COD) (available on select orders and locations)

2. Currency

All transactions on the Website will be processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only.
We do not currently support payments in foreign currencies.

3. Payment Confirmation

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received, except in the case of COD.
For prepaid orders, you will receive a payment confirmation via email.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for select products and delivery locations as indicated at checkout.
The Company reserves the right to disable COD for certain promotions, exclusive drops, or high-value orders.

5. Secure Transactions

All online transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
The Company does not store or retain your complete payment card details.

6. Failed or Declined Transactions

If a transaction fails or is declined, the order will not be processed.
You are advised to retry with a valid payment method or contact your bank for assistance.
The Company shall not be held responsible for payment failures arising due to network issues, incorrect details, or gateway downtime.

7. Refunds

Refunds, where applicable (as per our Returns & Refunds Policy or Cancellation Policy), will be issued only in the form of store credit.
Store credit is non-transferable and can only be used for future purchases on the Website.
