Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) describes the conditions under which Tikii Marketing Services LLP, operating as Pop Mini Shop (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), accepts order cancellations placed by customers (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) on www.popminishop.com (“Website”).

By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. Eligibility for Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

2. How to Request Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at PopMiniShop@tikii.in or call us at +91 9972018484 with your order number.
Cancellations requested via social media or other informal channels will not be considered valid.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a refund in the form of store credit.
Store credit is non-transferable and can be redeemed on future purchases from our Website.
No cash refunds or bank reversals will be processed for cancellations.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled:

- Orders already shipped or in transit.
- Products purchased during special promotions, limited-time offers, or exclusive drops.

5. Processing Time

Approved cancellations will be processed within 3–5 business days, and the store credit will be issued to your registered account.
