Force Majeure & General Provisions

This document outlines the Force Majeure clause and general provisions applicable to the use of www.popminishop.com (“Website”), owned and operated by Tikii Marketing Services LLP, operating as Pop Mini Shop (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By using our Website and services, you (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) agree to the following provisions:

3. Entire Agreement
- These provisions, together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Payments Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company.
- They supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or communications, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter.
4. Waiver
The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision under these Terms or Policies shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
5. Amendments

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
