Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which Tikii Marketing Services LLP, operating as PopMiniShop (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), handles product issues related to returns and refunds for customers (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) purchasing through www.popminishop.com (“Website”).
By placing an order on our Website, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. No Returns Policy
We follow a strict No Returns Policy. Products once sold cannot be returned for reasons such as change of mind, personal dislike, or any other non-defect reasons.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Claims made after 24 hours will not be eligible for review.
- To raise a claim, you must provide:
- Your order number.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Supporting photographs or videos of the product and packaging.
3. Refund Method
- Approved refund claims will be issued only in the form of store credit.
- Store credit can be used for future purchases on our Website and is non-transferable.
- No cash refunds or bank reversals will be provided.
4. Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
- Failure to report an issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling after delivery.
- Slight variations in colour, shape, or design due to the handmade/3D printing nature of the products.
- Packages are lost or damaged due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
5. Process for Claiming Refund
- Email us at PopMiniShop@tikii.in within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order ID, photos/videos of the product, and a description of the issue.
- Our support team will review the claim within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, store credit will be issued to your registered account.
